Tucker Terrence Ramsay, 32 of Kirksville, Missouri passed on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at his home.

The son of Ronald Peter and Bonnie Sue (Bertram) Ramsay, he was born on July 3, 1984 in Glenwood, Arizona. He graduated with the class of 2002 from the Schuyler R-I Schools. Following his high school graduation, he attended Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri where he obtained an art degree and later attended University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri where he obtained a degree in law. As a law student, he interned for the Boone County Prosecutors office, the Adair County Prosecutors office and the Missouri Second District Office of the Public Defender.

Survivors include his mother, Bonnie Boltz and step-father, Ronald Wayne Boltz of Lancaster, Missouri; one brother, Jesse Wayne Boltz of Lancaster, Missouri; a close friend and relative, Karl Hildebrand of Kirksville, Missouri; his grandparents, Joetta Fountain of Kahoka, Missouri and Wayne and Dalene Boltz of Keokuk, Iowa; uncles and aunts, Jr. and Linda Bertram of Luray, Missouri, Donna Ramsay of Phoenix, Arizona and James Ramsay of Pennsylvania; numerous cousins and other family members and friends.

Tucker is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Peter Ramsay; grandparents, James and Eleanor Ramsay, Burley Bertram and Alba Fountain and one cousin, Casey Bertram.

Tucker loved being out at the cabin north of Arbela, Missouri fishing and hunting with family. He was a "gamer" not only animals but with video games as well. He had a large collection of vintage games and uranium depression glass. He was also an avid artist, gardener and protégé of Sid Larson. Before time of death, he was working on the official portrait of one of the Dean's for the School of Law. He loved his horde of cats.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri with Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri. Music will be a special CD selection of "On The Wings of a Snow White Dove" and "Amazing Grace". Pallbearers will be Karl Hildebrand, Gary Leon Hyde, Kelly Bertram, Cole Bertram, Jr. Bertram and Jesse Boltz. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until noon at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri. Memorials have been established for the Combs Cemetery in Luray, Missouri. Burial will be in the Combs Cemetery in Luray, Missouri. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by logging on to normanfh.com.
