Robert (Bob) Eugene Crump
March 10, 1947 – November 30, 2013

Robert (Bob) Eugene Crump, 66 of Glenwood, Missouri passed away at his home in Glenwood, Missouri on Saturday, November 30, 2013.

The son of Boyd Hollis and Barbara Ann (Smith) Crump, Bob was born in Centerville, Iowa. Following his graduation from high school, he served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and after being honorably discharged he was employed as a pipe fitter and worked in this capacity for a number of years. He also owned and operated his own bulldozer and had worked for a number of people in this area.

Bob is survived by his children, Jacob Crump of Glenwood, Missouri and Sarah Crump and fiancé, Michael Cruickshank of Osceola, Iowa; 4 grandchildren, Ty Robert, Maci, Lane and Meadow Cruickshank all of Osceola, Iowa; 1 brother, Jeffrey Crump and wife, Jacquelyn of Shawnee, Kansas and 1 sister-in-law, Pam Crump of Arizona; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and other family members.

Bob is preceded in death by his father, Boyd Hollis Crump; 4 sisters, Bonnie Taylor, Melissa Ann Frederick, Polly Anna Crump and Joy Lynn Crump and 1 brother, Hollis (Pedro) Crump.

Bob hobbies included fishing and trapping and spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri with Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith officiating. Pallbearers will be Josh Frederick, Mike Frederick, Jeff Crump, Cody Crump, Mark Shively and Kurt Beeler. Honorary pallbearers will be Melissa Frederick, Gareth Frederick and Richard McFarland. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the graveside services from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri. Memorials have been established for the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman Funeral Home of Lancaster, Missouri.
