Nancy Kay (Beeler) Kerby

January 24, 1943 – October 18, 2023

Nancy Kay (Beeler) Kerby, 80 of Lancaster, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at her daughter's home in rural Lancaster, Missouri.

The daughter of Lowell Edmond and Authrine (Burgher) Beeler, she was born on January 24, 1943 in Kirksville, Missouri.  She attended and graduated from the Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Missouri. After high school, she attended and graduated from flight attendant school. She was united in marriage on January 18, 1969 to Stanley Kerby and to this union two daughters were born, April and Ashley.

Survivors include her children, April Kerby of Lancaster, Missouri and Ashley Aeschliman and husband, Nick of Lancaster, Missouri; 6 grandchildren, Shayla Kerby of Lancaster, Missouri, Kayla Schafer and husband, Nathan of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Chrissy Kerby of Queen City, Missouri, Shaelyn Scoon of Lancaster, Missouri, Paige  and Levi Aeschliman of Corning, Iowa and Newt Aeschliman of Lancaster, Missouri; 6 great grandchildren, Lyrika, Zeplyn and Knox Kerby of Lancaster, Missouri and Caisley, Joshua and Milo Schafer of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; 1 uncle, Charles Beeler of Lancaster, Missouri who had a special nickname for Nancy, "Junebug"; 1 aunt, Violet Smoot of Kansas; 1 sister-in-law, Nancy Beeler of Indiana; 3 nieces and 2 nephews, many cousins, other family members and many good friends.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother, James Beeler and 1 aunt, Gretchen Adkins.

Nancy was best known as "Nan" or "Nana" by her family and those who were close to her. She loved her dogs and loved doing things for her family. She would help them any time, day or night. She will be greatly missed by all.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri with Mikel Roberts of Lancaster, Missouri officiating. Memorials have been established for Schuyler County Cancer Relief Fund.  Online condolences may be expressed to the family by logging on to normanfh.com. Burial will be in the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri.
