Marilee Dale (Flynn) Beeler, 87 of Lancaster, Missouri passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri.
The daughter of Charles Flynn and Ruby Pearl (May) Reynolds, she was born on September 23, 1931 in Buffalo, Iowa. She was a graduate of the Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Missouri. On July 23, 1950 in Lancaster, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Charles Edson Beeler and to this union three children were born, Chris, Cindy and Scott.
Marilee is survived by her husband of 69 years, Charles Beeler of Lancaster, Missouri; her children, Chris Beeler and wife, Cathy of Omaha, Nebraska, Cindy Beeler of Omaha, Nebraska and Scott Beeler of Lancaster, Missouri; four grandchildren, Cameron Miller of Lancaster, Missouri, Seth Beeler of Las Vegas, Nevada, Kristin Loewe and husband, Brant of Omaha, Nebraska and Megan Riley and husband, Shaun of Omaha, Nebraska; 12 great grandchildren; one sister, Phyllis Kissel of Des Moines, Iowa; other family members and many good friends.
Marilee is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Rosanna Johnson.
Marilee was a member of the Lancaster Baptist Church in Lancaster, Missouri. She was also the Dietary Supervisor at the Schuyler County Nursing Home in Queen City, Missouri, where she began working in September 1976. Marilee loved her job, all her coworkers and residents. She was a wonderful cook and loved to cook for her family and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the Schuyler County Nursing Home in Queen City, Missouri. Burial will be at a later date as the body has been cremated.
