Lori Lou Ann (Cronin) Garr, 65 of Kirksville, Missouri formerly of Lancaster, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at the Kirksville Manor Care Center in Kirksville, Missouri.
The daughter of Paul Edward and Jacqueline Lorraine (Estey) Cronin, she was born on March 7, 1958 in Des Moines, Iowa. She attended and graduated from Lincoln High School in Des Moines, Iowa. Following her graduation, she was united in marriage on August 15, 1980 to Norman Eugene Garr and to this union three children were born, Shane, Mat and Amy.
Lori is survived by her husband, Norman Garr of Lancaster, Missouri; children, Phillip Garr and wife, Katie of Broken Bow, Nebraska, Shane Garr and wife, Dana of Lancaster, Missouri, Mat Garr and wife, Renee of Unionville, Missouri and Amy Garr of Lancaster, Missouri; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 nephew, Michael Roberts of Waurika, Oklahoma; 3 nieces, Jennifer Roberts of Waurika Oklahoma, Mel Hines and husband, Lee of Trenton, Missouri and Meleah Lawrence of Trenton, Missouri; other family members and many good friends.
Lori is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, Paul Edward Cronin Jr.; 1 sister, Christine Peddycoart and 1 nephew, David Cronin.
Lori worked at the Federal Reserve Bank in Des Moines, Iowa. After moving to Missouri, Lori was employed at the Schuyler County Nutrition Site and the Schuyler County Sherrif's Department for a number of years. She was a member of the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri.

Per Lori's wishes, her body has been cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri with Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith officiating. Special musical selections will be "Wind Beneath My Wings" and "Angels In The Room". Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been designated for the family. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by logging on to normanfh.com. The burial will be in the Jacksonville Missouri VA Cemetery in Jacksonville, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri.
