Larry Dean Miller, 58 of Queen City, Missouri passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri.
The son of Donnie Dean and Hilma Marie (Beeler) Miller, he was born on October 3, 1956 in Kirksville, Missouri. He was a 1974 graduate of Schuyler R-I High School in Lancaster, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Laura Garrison on April 25, 1997 in Downing, Missouri.
Survivors include his wife, Laura Miller of Queen City, Missouri; three sons, Cameron Miller of Lancaster, Missouri, Clayton Miller and wife, Faith Ann of Memphis, Missouri and Douglas Miller of Kirksville, Missouri; five step children, Melissa Bunch and husband, Jason of LaPlata, Missouri, Gaylon Gorman of Queen City, Missouri, Brandy Gorman of Queen City, Missouri, Justin Gorman of Queen City, Missouri and Timothy Gorman of Queen City, Missouri; five grandchildren, Chelsea and Marcus Miller of Lancaster, Missouri, Merit and Halle Miller of Memphis, Missouri and Ashton Miller of Keokuk, Iowa; four step grandchildren, Taygon and Kayden Gorman of Kirksville, Missouri, Aubrey Bunch of LaPlata, Missouri and Keaton Hanson of Queen City, Missouri; his mother, Hilma Miller of Macon, Missouri; one brother, Jerry Miller and wife, Kathy of Columbia, Missouri; one sister, Linda Reese and husband, Jay of Ashland, Missouri; one aunt, Nora Lou Toney of Glenwood, Missouri; one great aunt, Ruth Beeler of Queen City, Missouri; his mother-in-law, Marietta Garrison of Queen City, Missouri; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and many good friends.
Larry is preceded in death by his father, Donnie Dean Miller on November 12, 2008.
Larry was a member of the Downing Lions Club in Downing, Missouri. He was a carpenter and worked with his uncle, Jim Miller for a number of years. Larry enjoyed fishing and following Cardinal Baseball.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri with Sonny Smyser, Pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral services from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri. Memorials have been established for the Coffey Cemetery. Burial will be at a later date in the Coffey Cemetery as the body has been cremated.
