Josette Renee Piatt, 66 of Glenwood, Missouri passed away at her home in Glenwood, Missouri on Friday, April 27, 2012.
The daughter of Rene and Odette Natalie (Wittenhowe) Emile, she was born on January 10, 1946 in Verdun, France. She was united in marriage to Joe Piatt on December 31, 1991 in Ottumwa, Iowa.
Josette is survived by her husband of 21 years, Joe Piatt of Glenwood, Missouri; two sons, Terry Deeter of Coon Rapids, Iowa and John Deeter of Bloomfield, Iowa; two step daughters, Tammy Piatt of Glenwood, Missouri and Debbie Small of Downing, Missouri; several grandchildren; 2 sisters, Annie Stepp and husband, Edger of Ottumwa, Iowa and Marylise of France; one brother, Phillip and other family members.
Josette is preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services will be at a later date as the body has been cremated. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by logging on to normanfh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman Funeral Home of Lancaster, Missouri.
