Jessica Dawn (Waddle) Allen 44, of Queen City, Missouri passed away Monday, August 4, 2025.

The daughter of Karen Ann Poe and Jeffrey Lyle Waddle, she was born on December 10, 1980 in Kirksville, Missouri. Jessica attended school in Schuyler County, and she later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University.

Survivors include her parents, Karen Poe (W.O.) of Downing, Missouri and Jeff Waddle (Marilyn) of Kirksville, Missouri; children, Chance White (Casey) of Downing, Missouri, Taren White (Ashleigh) of Downing, Missouri and Cash Cunningham of Queen City, Missouri; siblings, Amy Starbuck of Kirksville, Missouri, Corey Waddle of Kirksville, Missouri, Drew Waddle (Stephanie) of Kirksville, Missouri and Colton Poe of Downing, Missouri; grandchildren, Riggs and Ryett White of Downing, Missouri and one expected in November 2025; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many good friends including Alissa Williams and Honesty McBee.

Jessica is preceded in death by one brother, Kent Poe.

Jessica was a "free spirit," a bright light to others around her. She enjoyed arrowhead hunting in the river and being outside. She always had a smile for everyone and a heart of gold. She loved her family and friends fiercely and will be greatly missed.

Celebration of Life services will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri with Robert Gange, Pastor of the Word Alive Family Church in Greentop, Missouri officiating. Special music selections will be "She Talks To Angels," "Lightning Crashes" and "Humble and Kind." Visitation will be Sunday, August 10, 2025 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri. Memorials have been established for the Family.
