November 26, 1917 – December 30, 2012

Ina Faye (Collier) West, 95 passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Putnam County Care Center in Unionville, Missouri due to a short illness. She had been a resident at PCCC for three years.

Ina Faye was born on November 26, 1917 to William Edward and Ollie Maye (Pickens) Collier in Glenwood, Missouri. On December 24, 1935, she was united in marriage to Orin E. West in Lancaster, Missouri and to this union three children were born Carol, Barbara and James.

Survivors include her children, Carol Archibald of Hornersville, Missouri, Barbara Gower and husband, Carl Edward of Unionville, Missouri and James West of Unionville, Missouri; 4 granddaughters, Barbara (Susie) Mettler of Bartlett, Tennessee, Carla Cullor of Unionville, Missouri, Pam Winkle of Hornersville, Missouri, and Teresa Kinzler of Unionville, Missouri; 8 great grandchildren, Buddy, Jason and Zach Winkle, Justin and Jasmine Cullor, Andrea, Delane and Shayna Kinzler; 1 great great grandson, Landen Cullor; 1 brother, Loyd Lee "Bob" Collier of Ottumwa, Iowa; sisters-in-law, Edith Snyder and husband Richard of Queen City, Missouri, Mae Foster of Etowah, Tennessee and Roberta Collier of Park Hills, Missouri; several nieces, nephews and cousins and other family members.

Ina Faye is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Orin; 1 son-in-law, Gene Archibald and brothers and sisters, William Collier, Verda Lucille Collier, Eva Irene Gordy, Ralph Edward Collier, Joe Dale Collier, Betty Louise Reaves, Letty Belle Janes and Floyd Dee "Jack" Collier.

Ina Faye was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lancaster, Missouri. In later years, she attended the Assembly of God Church in Glenwood, Missouri. She loved listening to TV preachers and supporting their ministries.

Ina Faye attended Kelley and Montgomery Schools early in life. After her marriage, she was a homemaker who enjoyed her family, especially outings to Coal Holler for a picnic, fishing, arrowhead and rock hunting. She enjoyed baking, garage sales and shopping at Wal-Mart.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Glenwood Cemetery in Glenwood, Missouri with Sonny Smyser, pastor of the Schuyler County Church of Faith in Lancaster, Missouri officiating. Pallbearers will be James West, Carl Gower, Ron Kinzler, Justin Cullor, Delane Kinzler and Richard Hurley. Honorary pallbearers will be Andrea and Shayna Kinzler, Jasmine Cullor, Buddy, Jason and Zach Winkle and Landen Cullor. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the graveside services at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Missouri. Memorials have been established for the family. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery in Glenwood, Missouri. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by logging on to normanfh.com.
