Charles (Charlie) Arthur Bunch, 58 of rural Downing, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, Missouri.

The son of Oscar and Ruth (Lawson) Bunch, he was born on November 12, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri. On October 20, 1983 in Seymour, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Clara Callista (Tillie) Phelps and to this union two daughters were born, Janice and Jamie.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Tillie Bunch of rural Downing, Missouri; two daughters, Janice Bunch and Kyle Litchfield of Jackson, Missouri and Jamie Sprague and husband, Dale of Ennis, Texas; 3 brothers, Donald Bunch and wife, Melanie of Blue Springs, Missouri, Harry Bunch and wife, Karen of Marshfield, Missouri and Jerry Bunch of Springfield, Missouri; 1 sister, Ann Bunch and husband, Pat of Ava, Missouri; brothers and sister-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews; other family members and many good friends.

Charlie is preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother, Jimmy Bunch and 1 sister, Belinda Bunch in infancy.

Charlie was a member of the Downing Christian Church where he attended as often as his health permitted.

Charlie enjoyed his time fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends. He also was an avid hybrid rose gardener and will be greatly missed by his family, friends and the community.

As per Charlie's wishes, his body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the family.
