Billy J. Titus, 64 of Downing, Missouri passed away on Friday, May 17, 2024 at The Pines in Kirksville, Missouri

The son of Joseph Earl and Nancy Ann (Schaaf) Titus, Billy was born on May 25, 1959 in Muscatine, Iowa.  He attended school in the Muscatine, Iowa school district.  On February 29, 1996, he was united in marriage to Debra Huber in Muscatine, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Titus of Downing, Missouri; children, Joseph Titus (Peyton) of Lancaster, Missouri, Timber Martin (Phillip) of Downing, Missouri, Wesley Jackson (Autumn) of Downing, Missouri, Steven Jackson (Nikole) of Lancaster, Missouri, Chris Jackson of Downing, Missouri, William Jackson of Downing, Missouri, Elijah Jackson of Muscatine, Iowa, Michelle Jackson and significant other, James Doud of  Floris, Iowa, Jacob Jackson of Letts, Iowa, Jessica Hake (Bill) of Wapello, Iowa, Jennifer Marquez (Horacio, Jr.) of Muscatine, Iowa, Dajsha Campbell (Andrew) of Wapello, Iowa,  Kelly Fey (Russ) of Muscatine, Iowa and Billie Jo Rick (Ed) of Muscatine, Iowa and Brian Norton of Muscatine, Iowa; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Brenda (Titus) Mosier, Don Titus (Tracy), Sally (Brockert) Atkins, Scott Brockert, Cathy (Brockert) Halstead (Roy), Bill Brockert (Judy), Joe Brockert, Betty (Brockert) Behnke (Chuck), Marvin Brokert (Jackie); nieces and nephews; many cousins and other family members.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents; grandmother, Rella Schaaf; one son, Billy Jo Titus; two stepsons,

Raymond (Sunny) Jackson and Casey Jackson; three brothers, Ronnie, Wayne and Tim Brockert and one nephew, Mathew Titus.

Billy was in the construction business and landscape business in Muscatine, Iowa and maintenance repairs for livestock barns in the Bloomfield, Iowa area.  He had special interests in fishing, playing cards, watching western and crime shows.  Most importantly was his family, whom he loved spending time with!
