Betty Frances (Graves) Forsythe, 95 was born to Paul E. and Molly (Scurlock) Graves on May 21, 1922 near Glenwood, Missouri. She passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 at the Ottumwa Regional Hospital in Ottumwa, Iowa.
She earned her R.N. at the Burlington, Iowa School of Nursing. She later received her B.S.N. from Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, Missouri.
