Alberta Louise (Winn) Snowbarger Dotson, 92 of Queen City, Missouri, formerly of Lancaster, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Schuyler County Nursing Home in Queen City, Missouri where she had been a resident since November 2020.
The daughter of Willie Loran and Allie Jeannette (Tracy) Winn, she was born on September 17, 1930 in Bible Grove, Missouri. On May 6, 1948 in Downing, Missouri, she graduated from the Downing High School. She worked many years in nursing and health care as she loved caring for people.
On February 4, 1951, she was united in marriage to Denzel Snowbarger and to this union four children were born, Mitchel, William, Jeffrey and Julie. Denzel preceded Alberta in death in July 1969 and on January 14, 1971, Alberta was united in marriage to Glen Leon Dotson who also preceded her in death on July 1, 1991.
Alberta is survived by her children, William Snowbarger of Kirksville, Missouri, Jeffrey Snowbarger and wife, Teresa of Macon, Missouri and Julie Winn and husband, Terry of Novinger, Missouri; stepchildren, Glen Dotson, Jr. and wife, Mary and Peggy Neagle and husband, Charles of Lancaster, Missouri; four grandchildren, Patrick Snowbarger of Macon, Missouri, Trevor Snowbarger of Macon, Missouri, Michelle Whitlock of Lancaster, Missouri and Jason Snowbarger of Mishawaka, Indiana; three great granddaughters, Hannah Whitlock of Lancaster, Missouri, Ella Snowbarger of Terre Haute, Indiana and Emily Snowbarger of Kent, Ohio; many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Alberta is proceeded in death by her parents, William and Allie Winn; her husbands, Denzel Snowbarger and Glen Dotson; one son, Mitchel Snowbarger; one daughter-in-law, Susan Snowbarger; one stepson, David Dotson; two brothers, Richard and Donald and one sister, Betty Judd.
Alberta was a very loving and caring person and was loved by all.

Alberta's wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest at a later date at the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri with no special services. Memorials have been established for the Arni Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, Missouri. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by logging on to normanfh.com.
